Legacy Sports Mgmt & Media
Performance, brand and media, career development, and life after the game. One connected system, built around the athlete's entire career.
The Athlete Operating System
Representation is where most agencies stop. It's where we start.
One connected system runs beneath everything: representation, performance, brand and media, and development. It works for the athlete, not sold as separate products. The career is the client, not the contract.
A different starting point
NIL changed what athletes earn. It didn't change what they were taught to do with it. The athletes who last aren't the ones who signed first — they're the ones who built skill, ownership, and a plan for what's next while they were still competing.
That's the work. We don't collect athletes. We develop people, from day one.
Divisions
The same operating system, applied division by division as the company grows.
Representation, NIL, and development for the modern football athlete.
Full-career representation, in partnership with the Lee Johnson Agency.
Athlete-owned media. The platforms and stories the athlete builds and keeps.
The next division in the system.
Who We Serve
A brand, a university, or an athlete can enter through any door and reach the same operating system underneath.
You're more than your sport. We develop the whole person and ready you for the life after it, starting now.
Explore the divisions →A structured Player Development Program that closes the real gaps, delivered by practitioners, not theorists.
For Institutions →Partnerships built on fit and leverage, where the relationship creates lasting value for both sides.
Explore partnerships →The Record
The systems behind LSMM were forged over fourteen years at SSTARS, Jeremy Campbell's performance company, where more than 8,500 athletes have trained, including 2,000+ scholarship athletes, 350+ at the Division I level, and 79 who turned professional. That lineage is the foundation LSMM was built on.
The Long View
Every decision is built to strengthen the athlete's future, on the field and long after it. The transition to what's next doesn't begin at retirement. It begins on day one.
